Terms of Service

Effective date: August 11, 2025

Welcome to Clear Choice Auto Glass. By requesting a quote, scheduling, or receiving our mobile auto glass services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Quotes & Scheduling

• Quotes are estimates based on information you provide (e.g., VIN, photos). Final price may change if parts or labor differ.
• Scheduling windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather, or parts availability. We’ll communicate updates promptly.
• Customer must provide safe, level working space with adequate lighting and access to the vehicle.

2) Payment

• Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Invoices may be sent electronically.
• If an insurer is paying, you are responsible for any uncovered amounts, deductibles, or denials.

3) Warranty

We provide a lifetime workmanship warranty against air/water leaks attributable to our installation. Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. See our Warranty Policy for details and exclusions.

4) Sensors & Recalibration

We do not provide ADAS camera/sensor recalibration. Customer is responsible for arranging recalibration if required by the vehicle manufacturer after glass replacement.

5) Pre-Existing Conditions

• Existing rust, body damage, prior adhesive, or aftermarket parts may affect results and are excluded from warranty coverage.
• Chip repairs aim to prevent further cracking; appearance improvement varies and cracks may still spread.

6) Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please notify us as early as possible to cancel or reschedule. If we’ve already sourced special-order glass or arrived on site, a service or restocking fee may apply.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service at issue. We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages.

8) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.

9) Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date will be revised when changes are made.
